This kit can purify total DNA from a variety of soil environmental samples. The highly efficient lysis buffer system with grinding beads can effectively deal with all kinds of microorganisms in the soil such as fungi and bacteria. A unique remover can remove humic acid and other inhibitors from soil samples. The optimized buffer system enables the efficient binding of nucleic acids to the adsorption column. It can separate high quality complete genomic DNA from 100-300 mg soil samples rapidly and reliably, and the purified DNA is suitable for downstream molecular biology experiments such as PCR, enzyme digestion and hybridization.
