• RPMI-1640 medium is suitable for culturing a variety of mammalian cells. It contains amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts, and other components required for cell growth, but does not contain proteins, lipids, or growth factors. Supplementation with 5–10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) or serum-free additives is recommended based on cell type.

  This product is filtered and sterilized through a 0.1 μm membrane, and contains 11.1 mM glucose, 2.05 mM GlutaPlus (glutamate substitute), and phenol red. It does not contain sodium pyruvate or HEPES. A 2.0 g/L sodium bicarbonate buffer system is included to maintain physiological pH under a 5–10% CO₂ environment.

  Storage Condition:  Store at 2–8℃, valid for 12 months.
